Welcome to Pilatté Studio. By purchasing classes, memberships, or attending sessions, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Cancellations

• All classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

• Late cancellations will incur a $15 fee.

• No-shows will incur a $25 fee.

Memberships & Packages

• All memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Memberships automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with studio policy.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to the studio.

Studio Policies

• Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be permitted into class.

• Pilatté Studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or services at any time.

Liability

• By participating in classes, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks.

• You agree to participate at your own risk and release Pilatté Studio from any liability related to injury or loss.

Pilatté Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
